รายละเอียดงาน
•Develop and execute creative visual merchandising strategies that align with the brand's direction.
•Design and implement engaging window displays and in-store visual elements that enhance the customer experience.
•Create attractive and brand-consistent displays to drive sales while responding to the store's business needs.
•Prepare and arrange window displays, signage, interior setups, floor layouts, and promotional displays.
•Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive themes and messaging.
•Work closely with the store manager and retail operations team to maintain visual standards.
•Adjust store lighting to highlight merchandise and displays according to company guidelines.
•Oversee display setup, production, and provide guidance to staff for arranging displays.
•Manage visual merchandising for two locations: CentralWorld and ICONSIAM.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- At least 2 years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser in the fashion retail industry.
- Strong ability to create visually appealing presentations in line with company guidelines and brand standards.
- Proven skills in boosting sales through effective merchandise placement and visual storytelling.
- Problem-solving ability to address store-specific visual and merchandising challenges while adhering to brand direction.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Analytical skills to review sales and inventory reports and take appropriate action.
- Independent, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Flexibility to work on weekends or public holidays as needed.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
