Job scope & responsibilities
- Establish and maintain development frameworks and standards.
- Understand business functional expectations and translate into technical requirements.
- Thoroughly understand the overall system architecture, technical solutions and functionalities of the products under responsibility.
- Provide realistic estimations, plans and impact assessments on any solutions.
- Manage work plans and task assignments.
- Manage quality and compliance of the deliverables.
- Provide guidance to junior members.
- Assess and provide solutions to complex issues or incidents.
- Ensure proper DevOps process executions.
Qualifications
- Over 5 years of experience in software development area, and 3 years of experience in System Analyst or Solution Architect.
- Strong in development frameworks and standards.
- Good knowledge in full development life cycles (Agile & Waterfall).
- Experience in technical programing and database design.
- Good knowledge in Restful APIs and IT Solution Architecture.
- Experience/Knowledge in Cloud Solution is a plus.
- Strong commitments and able to work under pressure.
- Strong Team Management and Communication Skills.
- Strong Leadership.
- Retail Industry Experience is a plus.
