2. HR Operations & Employee Benefits Management
- Manage employee contracts, payroll, overtime, and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, occupational safety regulations, and company policies.
- Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts while maintaining a positive workplace environment.
- Develop and update HR policies to improve operational efficiency.
3. Secretarial & Executive Support
- Manage executive schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports and summaries for executives on HR-related matters and operational updates.
