รายละเอียดงานJob Responsibilities:
1. After business completion, liaise with clients and designated suppliers to ensure smooth delivery.
2. Coordinate with internal departments (customs, finance, overseas, warehousing, etc.) to track the progress of goods and ensure smooth completion of the import process.
3. Handle order reconciliation and ensure timely payment collection.
4. Provide real-time updates on goods status, resolve any emergencies during the import process, and enhance customer satisfaction.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Associate degree or higher; preference given to local candidates in Thailand.
- At least 2 years of experience in import and export operations. Familiarity with documentation, freight forwarding, transportation, and import/export knowledge.
- Positive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and work collaboration skills, strong sense of responsibility, able to work hard.
- Language:Thai language+Chinese
- Local Thai national, fluent in Chinese, with at least 1 year of experience in international logistics or import/export trade customer service.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in office software and able to independently manage orders and reconciliation.
