Job location (Department): Maintenance Department Location: Attapeu Province, Lao PDR Period of contract: Permanent Contract Responsibilities: - To perform routine, corrective, and preventive maintenance of plant equipment as per the direction of the maintenance team leader or team manager diagnoses the cause of mechanical failure of operational equipment such as, hydraulic system, cooling system, lubrication system and control and monitoring devices and takes corrective measures in collaboration with the Senior team member. - To managing maintenance activities by directing and supervising a team including contractors. - Conducting routine inspections equipment powerhouse and dam site such hydraulic system, cooling system, gate control system. -Conducting routine inventory, material and spare part, such as inventory control, material lead tines, spare request. - Ensure all employee and contractors continuous improvement safety procedure. - Ensure to maintain adequate inventories of tools, supplies and parts to accurately repair all equipment - Assist on mechanical maintenance work planning and scheduling with engineer - To implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of problems. - Prepare maintenance procedure of equipment - Participating all Maintenance outage PO, MO, SO, FO On Weekdays & Weekends. - To prepare and submit reports as required by the line Manager, including maintenance records, incident reports, weekly report, monthly report. คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or another related field;
Fluent in English Language (Reading, writing and speaking);
At least 05 years plus of related experiences in hydro power plant, thermal power plant or familiar working with factory maintenance system.
Fundamental knowledge of the mechanical theory, hydraulic device, generator, turbine, etc.,
Fundamental knowledge of welding (electric weld, MIG, TIG)
Experience/Familiarity of fundamental tools (micrometer, milling machine, Lathe machine, Hytorc machine, tools for mechanical works).
A sound understanding of system operating regulations and HSE (health, safety & environment)
Be able to evaluate of Hazard Risk assessment when working at high, confined space, heavy lifting
Ability to disassemble and assemble mechanical equipment
Ability to analyze root causes of issues and prepare various reports in English
Strong supervisory skills with subordinates and contractors and also the ability to multi-task in a working environment (social and community impact).
Be able to use Auto CAD 2007 up to new version for modification or rectification of drawings.
Good relationship, team work and Interpersonal skills.
Computer literate. Proficient and knowledge in Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point is essential for correspondence.
