- Production Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
- KPI Management: Define, track, and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess factory performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Kaizen Implementation: Lead Kaizen initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Encourage and implement small, incremental changes to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on production performance, including data analysis of KPIs, production output, and downtime. Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Staff Management: Supervise and develop factory personnel, ensuring efficient and effective operations. Provide training and coaching to ensure high levels of performance.
- Quality Control: Work with the quality control team to ensure all products meet the required standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure the factory complies with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Create a safe working environment for all employees.
- Maintenance Management: Oversee maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Budget and Cost Control: Monitor and manage factory costs, ensuring budget adherence and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
- Process Optimization: Continuously review and improve factory processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in factory management
- Strong understanding of KPIs, data analysis, and reporting.
- Ability to manage production schedules, resources, and staff effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and quality standards.
- Able to communicate in English (Conversation level is acceptable)
- Have own car to commute to work location
