Looking for Sales (full time) – Front of House Position Job Description: 1) Communicatons, Sales and Follow Up for Customer Inquiries and Orders. 2) From Packing all the way to delivering and updating the customers 3) Packing and communicating with our own delivery driver and outside delivery platforms 4) Managing POS systems, input in POS systems and updates 5) Is driven to catch orders and provide hospitality to walk ins 6) Experience in managing delivery platforms including Foodstory, Grab, Lineman, Shopee, Lazada, Inter Express, Kerry Express เรากำลังมองหาพนักงานขาย ที่มีใจรักในงานบริการ รายละเอียดงาน: 1) ติดต่อสื่อสารตอบแชทลูกค้า และติดตามคำสั่งซื้อของลูกค้า 2)จัดเตรียมสินค้าตามคำสั่งซื้อ ไปจนถึงการจัดส่งสินค้าและอัพเดทข้อมูลการจัดส่งให้ลูกค้าทราบ 3)จัดเตรียมสินค้าให้กับพนักงานจัดส่งสินค้าของเราเองและ จัดเตรียมสินค้าตามคำสั่งซื้อให้กับไรเดอร์บนแอปฯต่างๆ 4)จัดเตรียมข้อมูลสินค้า พร้อมอัพเดทข้อมูลสินค้าลงระบบ POS 5)มีใจรักและมุ่งมั่นในการให้บริการลูกค้า และใส่ใจในการรับออร์เดอร์สินค้า 6)มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้แพลตฟอร์มการจัดส่งสินค้า เช่น Foodstory, Grab, Lineman, Shopee, Lazada, Inter Express, Kerry Express About Us: Wild Grains Bakery is an artisanal micro-bakery based in Bangkok providing a variety of products including Sourdough Bread, Artisanal Cakes, Cheeses and other bakery products. Experience in managing customers, receiving orders and follow through
Fluent in Thai with basic English skills
Basic computer skills
Basic training provided
Marketing experience using social platforms (instagram, FB, Line) etc.
Marketing experience using social platforms (instagram, FB, Line) etc.
plus, living nearby Ekamai Sukhumvit Area for convienent daily commute
parking provided for motorcycle
มีทักษะ การจัดการ การให้บริการลูกค้า และสามารถติดตามรายการสั่งซื้อสินค้าได้อย่างมีประสิทธภาพ
สามารถสื่อสารภาษาไทยได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว และมีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษขั้นพื้นฐาน
มีทักษะคอมพิวเตอร์ขั้นพื้นฐาน
มีความรู้ความเข้าใจการใช้แอปพลิเคชั่นบนโซเชียล เช่น Instargram, Facebook, Line OA เป็นต้น
มีอายุตั้งแต่ 30-40 ปี
ที่พักอาศัยอยู่ใกล้บริษัทย่านสุขุมวิท เอกมัย
มีที่จอดรถสำหรับมอร์เตอร์ไซด์
