•Achieve and exceed sales and margin targets for the assigned area (SEA).
•Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
•Build a comprehensive Business Unit (BU) Strategic Development Plan for plant-based nutrition products.
•Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
•Enhance market share and customer penetration of plant-based nutrition products within the BU.
•Develop and execute plans to increase product adoption and visibility.
•Provide insights and innovations through regular internal and external interfaces within the BU and to customers.
•Stay updated with market trends, customer feedback, and technological advancements to drive product development.
•Oversee the pricing strategy for product groups within the BU.
•Ensure competitive pricing while maintaining profitability and market competitiveness.
•Create and articulate a clear business plan and vision for plant-based nutrition product groups.
•Align product development and marketing efforts with the BUs strategic goals.
•Well-versed in EX-IM operations, regulations, and best practices.
•Ensure compliance and efficient management of international trade activities.
