รายละเอียดงาน
- Responsible for establishing and building the company's EH&S management system (safety, occupational health, environment, fire protection)
- Responsible for the implementation and normal operation of the EH&S management system, and ensuring that the company's operations are compliant
- Risk identification and assessment of EHS risks, control and communication, equipment safety, industrial hygiene, environmental management and other work are carried out in the factory.
- Identify EHS improvement projects and coordinate with relevant functional departments to promote improvements in factory EHS culture, compliance and EHS performance
- Establish a zero-accident EHS culture within the factory and be responsible for communicating with local government agencies and relevant parties on EHS matters.
- Prepare and coordinate internal and external audits, especially in relation to ISO certifications (e.g., ISO 14001 for environmental management, ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety).
- Stay updated on Thailand's environmental and safety regulations and ensure all activities align with these standards.
- Coordinate with local authorities to ensure regulatory compliance and respond to any government inspections.
- Review and update safety and emergency procedures as necessary.
- Collaborate with sustainability teams to achieve corporate ES&HS goals.
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incident reports, and compliance checks.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on ES&HS performance, incidents, and improvement initiatives to management.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Master/Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health, Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineer and Safety Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years ‘s experience in Safety Officer Professional Level prescribed by Thai / other Laws
- Implementation and execution of ISO14001, ISO 45001 management systems standards, as well as occupational safety and health legislation and standards would be advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of EHS regulations, standards, and law.
- Additional certifications in ES&HS, such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or NEBOSH, are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Proficient in use of computer-based office tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
