Role Overview
As a Client Success Manager, you will manage end-to-end China-focused digital campaigns for Thai clients, covering KOL collaborations, platform account operations (Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Weibo, Dianping), and strategic brand localization. Your role ensures seamless cross-border execution and client growth in China’s digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
1. Integrated Campaign Management
Lead multi-platform campaigns:
KOL Operations: End-to-end management of Douyin/Xiaohongshu influencer campaigns (sourcing, contracts, content shoots, ROI tracking).
Account Operations: Oversee branded accounts on Dianping, Weibo, and Xiaohongshu (content calendars, engagement analytics, reputation management).
Content Localization: Adapt Thai brand assets for Chinese audiences, ensuring compliance with platform algorithms and cultural trends.
2. Client Success & Retention
Conduct biweekly strategy reviews to align campaigns with client KPIs (e.g., Dianping store traffic growth, Xiaohongshu follower spikes).
Proactively resolve issues (e.g., negative Weibo reviews, KOL contract breaches) to maintain 90%+ client retention.
3. Data-Driven Optimization
Analyze platform metrics (e.g., Douyin CTR, Xiaohongshu saved/post ratios) to refine strategies.
Deliver monthly reports with actionable insights, such as adjusting video formats for Douyin’s recommendation algorithm.
4. Cross-Platform Expertise
Stay updated on China’s platform trends (e.g., Xiaohongshu’s latest hashtag policies, Dianping rating algorithms).
Preferred Background
China Experience: Study/work experience in China (e.g., graduated from a Chinese university).
Platform Specialization: Experience managing Dianping store pages or Weibo 热搜 campaigns.
