1. Sales Target Management:
- According to the company's strategic goals and market conditions, formulate annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans for offline distribution channels in the responsible area, and ensure the effective implementation of the plan and the achievement of the goals; and regularly track, analyze and evaluate the sales progress, and adjust the sales strategy and action plan in a timely manner.
2. Dealer Management and Maintenance:
- Responsible for the development, screening, negotiation and signing of dealers in the region, optimizing the network layout, and improving the quality of dealers and market coverage.
- Regularly visit dealers to understand their operating conditions and needs, provide support and solutions, and consolidate cooperative relationships.
- Organize and carry out training on product knowledge, sales skills, marketing promotion, etc. to help dealers improve their business capabilities and sales performance.
- Evaluate dealer performance, market influence and other indicators according to the assessment standards, and implement rewards, punishments or elimination mechanisms.
3. Marketing and Event Planning:
- Combine product characteristics and market demand to formulate regional offline promotion strategies and event plans to enhance brand awareness and product market share.
- Organize and implement offline promotions, new product promotions, dealer meetings and other activities, coordinate resources from all parties, and ensure that the activities are smooth and effective.
- Collect and analyze market and competitive product information, adjust promotion strategies and activity plans in a timely manner, and maintain competitive advantages.
4. Data analysis and decision support:
- Collect, organize and analyze offline distribution business data, covering sales, market and distributor data, etc., to provide data support and suggestions for company decision-making.
