รายละเอียดงาน
1.Receive and review the technical transfer from Research & Development
2.Define Pilot and validation parameter in pilot and validation protocol
3. Coordinate with Research & Development, Quality Assurance, Production, Planning, Engineering for prepare Pilot and Validation
4. Conduct Pilot and validation process and summary report (Product, Process, Quality success criteria, Action after validation completed in case of need to revise the specification to align with actual result from pilot and validation)
5. Conduct nonconformity investigation that happen with Pilot and Validation
6. Define critical parameter and transfer to for commercial run in production in batch manufacturing record (BMR) and batch packing record (BPR)
7. Lead for nonconformity investigation and action taken for correction, corrective and preventive action that related to process and method, develop the protocol for product disposition
8. Find the opportunity and feasibility study to do productivity improvement, lost & cost reduction, Batch time reduction
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male - Female
- Age 28 - 40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree of Science, majoring in Chemistry or related
- Minimum 3 years experience in cosmetic manufacturing in supervisor level
- Good knowledge of - ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22716, GMP
- Analytical, Problem solving to seek the solution
- Working hours: Monday-Friday (closed on Saturday-Sunday)
