Job Description :
- Responsible for customer management and OQA.
- Be a contact window for assigned customer including FA/PPAP submission.
- Lead a cross functional team to solve customer complaint.
- Ensures the First Article Inspection report / PPAP comply to product specification and approval.
- To assure product quality meet customer requirement and quality target.
- Work with Project and cross functional team to define product/ process CTQ and ensure process capability is effective to meet product and process requirements.
- Support company QMS/ EMS/ OHSAS implementation and compliance.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field with experience in Injection moulding or assembly manufacturing.
- Good in problem solving and analysis skill. (8D, FTA, 5Why, DOE).
- Quality assurance knowledge.
- Technical and statistical skills and knowledge.
- Manufacturing and engineering skills for process enhancement.
- Advanced use and understanding of Core tools (PPAP, Control plan, FMEA, SPC, MSA) and Minitab.
- Good command in English both verbal & written.
- Strong Leadership and good interpersonal communication skills.
- PC skills, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
