Sales & Business Development: • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives. • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential clients. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders. • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to drive revenue growth. Marketing & Market Analysis: • Develop and execute marketing plans for both online and offline channels. • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to refine strategies. • Utilize digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media platforms to optimize campaigns. • Plan and oversee promotional campaigns, trade shows, and industry events. Team Management & Leadership: • Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve performance targets. • Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to enhance team productivity and professional growth. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed. Strategic Planning & Reporting: • Develop short-term and long-term business strategies aligned with company goals. • Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market trends, and campaign effectiveness. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business operations.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the plastics or recycling industry.
Strong understanding of both online and offline sale & marketing strategies
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
Proven ability to analyze market data in both domestic and international market and make strategic decisions
Experience in plastic resin sales or recycling is a plus
Experience in sale with Internation brand owners or Global brand is a plus.
