Deal with customer inquiries, orders, and shipping system operations according to company procedures.
Follow up orders and progress of new projects or new products, and facilitate timely communication with customers, sales and internal departments.
Arrange order shipments and assist in handling customer complaints and return procedures.
Regularly and effectively analyze and manage materials & finished product inventory or customer-supplied materials;
Reconcile and issue invoices on time and support sales to achieve AR.
Organize internal resources to quickly respond to customer needs and provide good customer service.
Business data management.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in international trading or Chinese
- 3+ years’ work experienceof order handling in manufacturing industry
- Motivated and willing to take mutiple tasks
- Good command of English & Chinese
- Good at operating ERP
