This role ensures smooth clinic operations, excellent customer service, and efficient administration. Ideal for organized, professional individuals passionate about client care.
Key Responsibilities
1. Front Desk & Customer Service (40%)
Welcome clients warmly and manage inquiries via phone, chat, and social media.
Handle appointment bookings, reminders, and follow-ups.
Explain services, promotions, and packages to encourage bookings.
2. Administrative & Operational Support (30%)
Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain financial records.
Manage doctor schedules, client records, and clinic documentation.
Ensure a well-maintained, welcoming clinic environment.
3. Client Experience & Team Support (30%)
Enhance client retention through follow-ups and engagement strategies.
Support team coordination and contribute to clinic workflow improvements.
Assist in onboarding and training new team members.
