Responsibilities: ● Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather business requirements for financial and operational planning. ● Build, manage, and maintain dynamic financial models using Anaplan implementation. ● Assist in the design and architecture of Anaplan models to support strategic initiatives and streamline FP&A processes. ● Partner with IT teams to integrate financial data from ERP, CRM, and other systems into planning tools. ● Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and proposing solutions. ● Participate in training sessions to achieve Anaplan certification and develop technical expertise in model building.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or business analysis.
  3. Prior experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or EPM tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Hyperion, Tableau) is a strong plus.
  4. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, Macros, and Data Visualization).
  5. Basic understanding of database tools (e.g., SQL) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is preferred.
  6. Willingness to learn Anaplan Model Building through hands-on training and certification programs.
  7. Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  8. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  9. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  10. Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
