Main Goal of job :
• Follow and implement the ISO-13485 documentation system and follow the Work Instruction in the maintenance department.
• Ensuring that the all activity in department will be safety working first.
• Control preventive maintenance according to maintenance plan to meet the target.
• Control the Facility & Utility machine system to prevent break down of the machine and reduce the time to fix the machine to be able to use normally.
• Lead and guide team for TPM concept and automation to support production line.
• Arrange maintenance team to perform general maintenance within the factory and new solution of automation idea.
• Develop the machine system to be up-to-date and always ready to use.
• Ensuring that basic facilities & utilities, such as Water, Chiller and Electrical System, are well maintained.
• Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.
• Advising businesses on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Problem analysis with corrective and preventive action.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Having knowledge of the ISO-13485 system will be an advantage.
- At least 5-years experience in Industry factory or Medical device Industry will be advantage.
- Experience Preventive Maintenance system. Air compress, Cooling water, Water treatment and electricity.
- Excellent in English communication, Reading and Writing.
- Engineering and technical skill & Facility System control.
- Proficient Microsoft office, Auto cad, Solid work, Mini tab.
