The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing sales-focused events that drive business growth and customer engagement. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to various locations to plan, organize, and manage including trade event shows and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure the smooth execution of all aspects of the event, from logistics to customer engagement.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and prospects by representing the company at events and creating opportunities for business development and networking.
- Develop comprehensive event strategies to meet sales goals and drive customer acquisition.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of PC and Event coordinators, ensuring seamless collaboration and high performance in achieving sales objectives.
- Establish clear sales targets for each events and monitor performance against objectives.
- Prepare regular reports on event performance, sales metrics, and feedback for management review.
- Manage event budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure events stay within financial constraints.
- Represent the company at various events, ensuring consistent messaging and brand standards are maintained across all touchpoints.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback from participants and sales teams, and apply insights to improve future events and sales strategies.
