รายละเอียดงาน
1、Process Design and Optimization: Design and optimize the air conditioning product manufacturing processes, continuously improve workflows to increase production efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure product quality.
2、Process Standards and Operating Procedures: Develop and maintain process standards and operating manuals, train production staff, and ensure standardized and regulated production processes.
3、Production Support and Problem Solving: Provide technical support on the production floor, resolve any technical issues related to processes, and ensure the stable operation of production line equipment.
4、Quality Control and Improvement: Establish and implement process quality standards, monitor quality control throughout the production process, collaborate with the quality department to resolve issues, and ensure product quality meets specifications.
5、Cross-Department Collaboration and Innovation: Collaborate closely with R&D, procurement, production, and other departments to ensure manufacturability of designs, track industry trends, and promote process innovation and technology upgrades.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Major in mechanical design, automation, material forming, IE, etc.
- Can use Chinese or English as working languages.
- Strong stress resistance, communication and coordination skills, and team spirit.
- Proficient in CAD drawing software, UG software, able to independently complete tooling drawing
- Dare to challenge the process of "from 0 to 1".
- Working experience in air conditioning industry is preferred.
