1. Office management: Leasing, decoration, property coordination, environmental maintenance;
2. Asset Management: Procurement and management of furniture, office equipment, stationery, etc
3. Welfare activities: monthly afternoon tea, holiday benefits (Souvenirs), cultural activities, etc;
4. Travel expenses: Visa processing, booking of transportation/vehicles, and coordination with travel agencies;
5. Operational Services: Authorization for store/staff insurance, store cleaning, internet/phone, store music, etc;
6. License application: responsible for handling KKV store licenses, including but not limited to business licenses, food sales licenses, VAT tax registration, POS machine registration, insurance, etc;
7. Stamping and archiving of documents: keeping and using the company's seal, and sorting out and archiving the signed paper and electronic versions of the contract;
8. Others: Other related work assigned by superiors.
