1. According to the department's new product review standard, analyze the new product review process and problems, and guide and improve the review standard and process; 2. According to the process document management measures, organize and lead the preparation of various process technical documents and document proofreading; 3. Organize the design of special fixtures and fixtures required for product processing, and plan and organize their implementation; 4. According to the training plan, regular training will be conducted for in-service personnel to improve their overall operation level and quality awareness. 5. According to the process management measures, be responsible for spot-checking the implementation of on-site process standards to ensure that the ability and quality of process personnel are continuously improved to meet the needs of business development; 6. According to the relevant standards of the department's process, improve the production process to enhance the lean production level on site; 7. Responsible for coordinating with the quality department and the after-sales department to solve market problems, formulating rectification measures, supervising the implementation of rectification, and reducing the frequency of problems; 8. Responsible for the docking and coordination of product quality relations between this department and relevant departments, follow up the implementation of various relevant standards and process quality control work;

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor degree or above is better，Industrial engineering or other related majors
With teamwork and communication and coordination skills, able to accept mid-term or short-term travelling in the market and strong stress resistance;
Proficient in IE basic knowledge and manufacturing process management related knowledge
Proficient in Thai and Chinese，English is plus
More than 2 years of work experience in the electric vehicle/motorcycle manufacturing industry, and more than 2 years of work experience in the enterprise process field
