1. Responsible for starting from the perspective of process design, promoting standardized operations, in-depth analysis of quality problems, finding the root cause, and reducing the assembly defect rate. 2. Through on-site analysis of market feedback problem points, verification of countermeasures, and adoption of reasonable methods to improve product quality. 3. According to the department's production capacity target, analyze and optimize the production abnormalities of the day, achieve the daily production plan, supervise the repair and warehousing of the damaged vehicles on site to ensure the achievement of the delivery rate, and through the standardization of the system process, set the goal of improving personnel efficiency to ensure the production efficiency. 4. Execute work according to safety management standards, strengthen employee safety knowledge training, and ensure the safety of production site work. 5. Organize the team members of the department to carry out business capacity enhancement learning and complete the temporary tasks assigned by the leaders to ensure the smooth progress of the work;

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor degree or above;Majors related to machinery, industrial engineering, manufacturing, etc
With teamwork and communication and coordination skills, strong stress resistance;
Proficient in on-site process optimization and capable of controlling and managing employee production processes
Proficient in Thai and Chinese;
