Quality Control of Incoming Materials
Responsible for inspecting raw materials, semi - finished products, and components to ensure they meet the company's quality standards.
Verify the quality certificates and shipping inspection reports provided by suppliers.
For new products or materials, request material reports and ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., RoHS).
Documentation and Record - Keeping
Maintain detailed records of inspection results, including any non - conformities, and report them to the quality department.
Complete and submit incoming inspection reports accurately and on time.
Conduct monthly quality assessments of suppliers and participate in annual performance evaluations.
Handling Non - Conformities
Issue non - conformity reports for any substandard materials and coordinate with the quality department for approval on corrective actions.
Communicate with suppliers to identify the root cause of non - conformities and request corrective and preventive measures.
Inspection Techniques and Equipment
Proficient in using basic measuring tools such as vernier calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions and tolerances.
Ensure the proper calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment to guarantee accurate measurements
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- High school or vocational school diploma or higher. Familiar with metal and mechanical parts as well as plastic parts.
- Proficient in using Office software to create simple Excel spreadsheets.
- Capable of reading mechanical drawings and understanding basic diagrams.
- Proficient in using common measuring tools and monitoring/measuring equipment
