- Administer HR processes, such as onboarding, employee data management, leave management, benefits enrolment, SSO, Provident Fund, and medical claims.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of HR-related tasks, such as preparing and maintaining personnel files, and processing employee changes.
- Facilitate visa and work permit applications for foreign staff.
- Provide first-level support to employees on HR-related queries, such as benefits.
- Support payroll administrations.
- Responsible for authority time attendance and set up in system.
