Responsible for managing and directing the Business Development (BD) Team for the water and wastewater treatment plants industrial BOT Business. Promote relations with target customers. Gather intelligence which will ultimately lead to a water business bid opportunities and supporting as required. Coordinate and give advice to engineering support from design team of mother company. Duty Statements : •Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers •Introduce new customers form many big organizations. •Timely closure of all development agreement, license for job, permit. •Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction. •Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. •Arrange business meetings with prospective clients. •Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives. •Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines. •Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. •Prepare business proposal.
