1. According to the company's production capacity planning and product quality requirements, implement the annual work goals issued by the department, formulate the overall implementation plan according to the actual situation of the department, ensure the completion of the department's tasks with quality assurance, and ensure the achievement of the department's annual plan;
2. By sorting out the problem of incoming parts, we can develop practical and feasible solutions to the prone and frequent problems and track down the implementation and rectification. We can solve the stubborn problems and reduce the on-site shutdown rate;
3, in-depth analysis of finished vehicle configuration, assembly process, 3C parameters and other information, reduce the market complaint rate;
4. Responsible for coordinating and handling abnormal problems on the production site, analyzing abnormal batch, heavy parts, and market complaints in the current month, formulating rectification plans, tracking the implementation of measures, verifying the feasibility of the plan and promoting it horizontally;
5. According to the actual production situation and the inspection standards, develop the inspection standard for finished vehicles, write the operation instructions for package inspection, electric inspection and general inspection, standardize the inspection process, standardize the inspection actions, and improve the inspection quality of finished vehicles;
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree or above;Mechanical design, electrical automation, industrial engineering and other related majors
- With teamwork and communication and coordination skills,strong stress resistance;
- 3 years or more of quality management experience, 2 years of experience in electric vehicle assembly and process technology
- Proficient in Electric Vehicle/Motorcycle Quality Standards, Production Process Technology Standards
