Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Cost Planning Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, cost analysis, and reporting to support the company’s financial objectives. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare the Annual Budget and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Conduct Monthly Forecasting reports and analyze variances to provide insights for decision-making.
- Prepare the Company Performance Monthly Report, highlighting key financial metrics and trends.
- Perform Other Analysis Assignments to support financial planning and business strategy.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Engineering or General Management or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in cost planning, budgeting, or financial analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and safety/environment management software.
