รายละเอียดงาน
•Develop CNC machining processes, including cutting paths, machining programs, and tool selection, based on RFQ cycle-time studies.
•Lead process improvement activities to enhance productivity, improve OEE and reduce scrap, etc.
•Troubleshoot machining issues and refine processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
•Source and evaluate cutting tools and deburring tools to optimize cost and performance.
•Support the setup and operation of Multi-Axis CNC Turn-Mill, Multi-Axis CNC Milling, CNC Turning, and CNC Milling machines.
•Train and mentor production technicians on CNC operations and best practices.
•Participate in Material Review Board meetings and conduct root cause analysis to implement corrective and preventive actions for internal and external product failures.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience in a CNC machining environment.
- Proficiency in setting up, operating, and managing of Multi-Axis CNC Turn-Mill, Multi-Axis CNC Milling, CNC Turning, and CNC Milling machines.
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming (e.g., Fanuc/Siemens/etc).
- Experience with CAD/CAM software and 3D modelling tools
- Well-versed in process (tool path) optimisation, tool selection and machining design
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in tool and fixture designs is an advantage
- Knowledge in DOE, PFMEA, GD&T, 8D/5-Why analysis, SPC and metrology
