Our Client is an all-suite luxury hotel occupying of State Tower adjacent to the Chao Phraya River.
Job Responsibility:
- Prepare interior design drawings for hotel renovation projects.
Create detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Work with designers to develop and modify design concepts.
- Assist in preparing 3D models, mood boards, and material selections.
- Ensure that all drawings comply with project specifications, building codes, and regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to support smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary data for design and renovation work.
- Support project documentation and assist in presentation materials for client approvals.

working on Monday to Friday with 2 Sat/Month : 8.30-17.30

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- 23-30 years old, Thai only.
- Bachelor's Degree Architecture or Interior Design is a must
- At least 1 years experience of Interior Design with Floor plan (renovate project) from Hotel, Real Estate is a must
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in design concepts
- able to communicate basic in English
- High responsibility, works well under pressure, and is patient.
