Job Responsibilities:
Translation & Interpretation:
Translate documents, emails, reports, and factory manuals from Chinese to Thai and vice versa.
Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, training sessions, and discussions between Thai and Chinese staff.
Workplace Communication Support:
Assist in daily communication between Chinese management/supervisors and Thai workers.
Support production teams by ensuring clear instructions are conveyed to workers.
Help with communication in HR matters, safety instructions, and operational guidelines.
Factory Operations Support:
Translate technical manuals, machine operation guidelines, and safety procedures.
Assist in resolving language barriers that may affect productivity.
Liaison & Coordination:
Act as a bridge between Thai employees and Chinese management.
Support business negotiations, supplier communications, and official correspondence.
Other Duties:
Assist with administrative tasks when required.
Participate in training programs and workshops as needed.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Thai Nationality and fluency in Mandarin Chinese and Thai (written and spoken) is required.
- Fluency in administrative support or business coordinator(Chinese) to maintain efficient production processes.
- Have background of working in factory and knew production planning or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in production coordination, manufacturing, purchasing,supply chain, or related fields, with a major in Chinese
- If have experience using ERP programs or working in free trade zone is a plus.
- Able to work with Chinese boss and enjoy working in a diverse cultural environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle technical and business-related translation
