รายละเอียดงาน
-Control the construction project to ensure compliance with the design, Control construction cost and document.
-Review and clarify the design and prepare cost estimates.
-Inspect and monitor contractor's work for accuracy and Vendor maker and supplier management.
-Analyze and plan for building and landscape preventive.
-Support the system by checking, inspecting, and controlling processes (PDCA, PR, WI) to ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and Thai law.
-Coordinate construction, repair, and maintenance of land and buildings with relevant personnel, manufacturers, vendors, and consultants.
-Prepare projects and present plans to improve electrical systems, communication systems, and department-related project work.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- 22-29 Years old.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Engineering.
- TOEIC score minimum 600 is a MUST.
- Knowledge in Construction, Building, Landscape.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or any 3D design program is a primary requirement.
- Knowledge basic skill in ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, ISO50001:2018 and ISO45001:2018.
