We are looking for a an production engineer (in future will be factory manager) to oversee the production of concrete admixtures. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in factory production, concrete, concrete admixtures, or chemical manufacturing (experience in one or more of these areas is sufficient). This is an excellent opportunity for a young and motivated professional looking to grow in the industry. Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage daily production operations.Ensure product quality and adherence to safety standards.Maintain production schedules and optimize efficiency.Use computers for production planning and reporting.Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and internal teams.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Thai nationality (must).
Fluent in English (must)
High school diploma or higher (must)
Computer proficiency (must)
Experience in factory production, concrete, admixtures, or chemicals (at least one area)
Living in Lam Luk Ka or nearby (preferred).
Chinese language skills (a plus).
