Responsibilities:
•Manage and control production processes to achieve customer requirements, quality levels, efficiency- and company targets.
•Lead and manage production, maintenance, and process engineering ensuring alignment with company goals.
•Provide leadership and foster a collaborative team environment.
•Manage and control quality system and compliance of international standards, like ISO9001 / ISO14001, in the production.
•Continuously improving production processes to fulfil customer requirements, quality- and company targets.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, also from other M-Tek locations, to ensure seamless implementation of new projects and products.
•Keep UpToDate with the latest production trends to ensure usage of latest best fit technology, equipment and processes.
Qualification:
•Bachelor’s degree in electrical or electronic engineering or similar.
•At least 5 years of working experience as Production Manager in PCBA business or electronics manufacturing.
•Proven leadership experience in managing teams.
•Excellent Thai and good English communication skills.
•Hands-on mentality
