รายละเอียดงาน
- Plan the course development direction applicable to our experience stores. Formulate and manage the course development plan.
- According to the course development plan, develop specific courses, including syllabus. examination standards. etc.. and continuously update and optimize course content.
- Promote the implementation of various training courses, solve product-related problems and help improve store service levels through product and sales service skills training.
- Cooperate with area manager to output business optimization plans to help improve performance.
- Responsible for the Employee Relation program and administrates the good relationship with employees.
- Implements the Employee Engagement program, promotes and execute the improvement program.
- Manage and support of employees’ disciplinary actions.
- Provide advice and conduct relating to labor and welfare matters to supervisors.
- Arrange the meeting with the Welfare Committee, Happy Workplace and take the minute of the meeting and follow up.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree or above, with 2 or more years of experience in product training.sales training, and experience in retail stores is preferred
- Have relevant experience in training management, curriculum development, teachinglearning project design, operation, etc.
- Open-minded, cheerful personality, strong sense of responsibility, outstanding innovation and enterprising
- Love electronic products, have photography and video creation ability
- Proficiency in English or Chinese as working language is preferred.
