Based on: ABC World Building, Ramkhamhaeng 30 Work hours: Monday - Friday (08.30 - 17.30) Employment Conditions: permanent ------------------------------------------------------ Job objectives : Responsible for sales target of Service and maintenance for Data Center ------------------------------------------------------ Job Descriptions : - Develop and implement sales strategies to promote M&E Service & Maintenance solutions for Data Centers. - Identify and engage with potential clients, including colocation providers, hyperscale data centers, enterprises, and cloud service providers. - Provide technical sales support for preventive and corrective maintenance services related to: Electrical Systems: UPS, backup generators, switchgear, power distribution units (PDU), circuit breakers. Mechanical Systems: HVAC, chillers, precision cooling, fire suppression, and airflow management. - Conduct site assessments and understand client pain points to recommend tailored maintenance solutions. - Work closely with operations and engineering teams to ensure service quality and client satisfaction. - Prepare technical presentations, proposals, and service contracts, ensuring alignment with industry standards (e.g., Uptime Institute, TIA-942). - Stay updated on industry regulations, emerging technologies, and best practices in data center facility management. - Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering fields.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Facility Management, M&E Services, or Data Center Solutions Sales.
Strong knowledge of data center critical infrastructure, service-level agreements (SLAs), and maintenance best practices.
Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
** Strong proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
** Must have own car and a valid driver's license and be able to drive a vehicle for work-related travel.
