Index Living Mall, one of Thailand’s leading furniture and home living retailers, is expanding its global presence. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven International / Export Sales Assistant Manager to support our OEM and export sales strategy, focusing on New Markets. This role will play a key part in driving business growth, managing relationships with international partners, and supporting expansion efforts.

As we expand into New Markets, we seek a dynamic professional to contribute to our global sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand market share and revenue in North America and Emerging Markets.
- Identify and support partnerships with new distributors, retailers, and business networks.
- Assist in contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and sales agreements to ensure profitability.
- Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, competitive landscapes, and industry trends.
- Support the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency.
- Work closely with internal teams (product development, supply chain, and marketing) to align export strategies with business goals.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and provide insights for business improvements.
- Represent Index Living Mall at international trade shows and business events to promote brand visibility.
- Collaborate with and support the export sales team to enhance overall performance.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in international/export sales, with exposure to OEM manufacturing, wholesale, or B2B sales
- Knowledge of North American and Emerging Markets' business environments, trade regulations, and distribution networks.
- Experience in export sales operations, including sales documentation, shipping procedures, and trade compliance
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable sales strategies
- Fluency in Thai and English (additional languages are a plus)
