รายละเอียดงาน
- Assist Sales & Operation Manager to manage administrative tasks and back office operation.
- Responsible in driving sales to achieve the company target.
- Supervising and coordinating with sales staff to ensure operation excellence with the highest level of customer service.
- Proactively training sales staff to optimize their skill development.
- Motivating sales staff to meet sales target and maximize the result of each stores.
- Arranging manpower allocation, managing roster, and monitoring sales staff performance.
- Responsible for sales staff recruitment to ensure appropriate fulfillment and maximize sales staff efficiency.
- Regularly visit store to monitor sales and operation performance, competitor movement, and market overview.
- Benefit calculation for sales staff eg. commission, OT.
- Liaise with the product team to orientate product allocation and replenishment needs
- Coordinating with the visual merchandising team to control standard of VM guideline
- Working with the marketing team to drive marketing communication through sales channel
- Preparing sales and operation report with initial analysis as assigned by the management
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor or higher degree in any field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in retail business.
- Responsible self-starter, capable of handling multi-faceted projects and of working under pressure.
- Team player, who values teamwork, has good team building skills and is able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
- Positive “can do” attitude and flexible approach – manages with humility.
- Strong Leadership, a proactive problem solver.
- Good health, physically fit. Good personal grooming & personal presentation.
