Responsibilities:
1.Manage and handle administrative tasks such as sales order processing, contract preparation, and invoice reconciliation to ensure smooth showroom operations.
2.Coordinate between the sales team and other departments to enhance workflow efficiency and resolve any issues promptly.
3.Oversee and manage Facility & Housekeeping in the showroom, ensuring cleanliness and organization of office spaces and display areas.
4.Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff and facility management teams to maintain high service standards and efficient daily operations.
5.Inspect and address any facility and housekeeping-related issues swiftly to ensure a well-maintained showroom environment ready for customer service.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative, secretarial, or related roles.
- Experience in managing housekeeping or facility teams is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) or CRM systems is an advantage.
- Strong teamwork, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently
