POS System Management:
•Promotion Configuration: Set up and manage promotions within the POS system, ensuring they are accurately configured and aligned with marketing campaigns.
•Product Setup: Add new products to the POS system, including setting up selling buttons and configuring pricing, taxes, and other relevant details.
•Raw Material Management: Configure and update raw materials in the POS system to ensure accurate tracking and inventory management.
•System Updates: Regularly update and maintain the POS system to reflect changes in product offerings, promotions, and inventory.
•User Support: Provide support to store staff and managers on how to use and navigate the POS system, particularly when new products or promotions are introduced.
•Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve any issues related to POS configurations, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
•Collaboration: Work closely with the internal/external teams to ensure that the POS system is fully aligned with business needs.
IT Support and Maintenance:
•General IT Support: Provide IT support to employees, including troubleshooting issues with POS-related hardware and systems, as well as workstations and other equipment.
•Hardware Issue Diagnosis and Coordination: Monitor and diagnose issues with all in-store equipment (e.g., POS, receipt printers, scanners, air conditioners, coffee machines, tables, shelves, etc.) to ensure smooth operations. Work with internal or external vendors for timely repairs or replacements.
•System Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance on POS systems, servers, and related IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and system integrity.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Experience with POS systems, particularly in configuration and management.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and the role of POS systems in sales and inventory management.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in configuring promotions, products, and raw materials.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to train and support users on the POS system
- Familiarity with IT support tasks, such as hardware troubleshooting, software installation, and general IT system maintenance.
- Knowledge of system maintenance and hardware upkeep related to POS systems and in-store equipment to ensure smooth and continuous operations.
