We are a growing freight forwarding company looking to expand our global reach. Our goal is to strengthen business support from agents worldwide, and we are seeking an experienced marketing professional with direct experience in the freight forwarding or shipping industry.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and engage global freight forwarding agents.
-Build and maintain relationships with agents, partners, and networks to expand business opportunities.
-Conduct market research to identify potential markets and business trends.
-Manage digital marketing efforts, including LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and online promotions.
-Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
-Represent the company in international networking events, conferences, and industry forums (travel may be required).
-Create marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and case studies to support business development.
-Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Fluent in English with experience in dealing with international agents and networks
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development within the freight forwarding or shipping industry.
- Strong knowledge of international logistics, trade regulations, and freight forwarding networks.
- Ability to analyze marketing data and adjust strategies
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM software, and lead generation techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while coordinating with internal teams.
- Skilled in negotiating rates and terms with agents
