- Handle the end-to-end procurement process, including vendor sourcing, price comparison, purchase order issuance, and tracking in stock management system.
- Prepare, review, and manage procurement documents, including contracts, quotations, and purchase orders.
- Monitor and track order statuses to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.
- Coordinate internally for spec purchasing and withdraw premium goods from stock.
- Keep vendor lists updated and accuracy according to company goods needed.
- Monitor and analyze procurement expenditures to ensure alignment with budgetary goals.
- Prepare and manage expense summaries to track and report spending.
- Manage stock management platforms and keep it accurate on a daily basis.
- Apart from the Procurement role, you will be responsible for office procurement as well including ordering snacks, lunch boxes, office supplies and others related to the office.
- Assist in maintaining office equipment and coordinating regular servicing schedules.
- Manage the incoming mails and distribute them to the related persons.
- Keep the office neat, clean and hygienic at all times.
- Any ad hoc as assigned by the supervisor.
