About the role Join our dynamic team as a Restaurant Manager at Chang Canvas , This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangkok. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one of our high-performing restaurants, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales and profitability. What you'll be doing 1. Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, scheduling, and customer service 2. Ensure adherence to brand standards, food safety regulations, and operational procedures 3. Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff, providing training and development opportunities 4. Analyse sales data and identify opportunities for improvement, implementing strategies to drive revenue growth 5. Foster a positive and customer-centric work environment 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the overall success of the business.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a restaurant management or operations role and preferably in a five-star hotel environment.
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to build and inspire high-performing teams
Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in financial management, inventory control, and data analysis
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer preferences
