รายละเอียดงานThe HR Specialist (Engagement & Development) is responsible for driving employee engagement, talent development, and corporate communication strategies to enhance the overall employee experience. This role plays a key part in fostering a positive workplace culture, strengthening internal communication, and ensuring continuous learning and growth opportunities for employees.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement engagement strategies that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
2. Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and company-wide activities.
3. Collaborate with leadership and departments to reinforce corporate values and drive a strong employer brand.
4. Work closely with managers to assess training needs and create tailored development plans.
5. Design and deliver learning and development programs that support employees' career growth and skills enhancement.
6. Develop internal communication strategies to effectively share company updates, HR policies, and engagement initiatives.
7. Coordinate external communication efforts related to employer branding, recruitment marketing, and CSR activities.
8. Track and report key HR metrics related to engagement, learning, and corporate communication.
9. Maintain accurate records of training, engagement, and communication activities for compliance and reporting.
