Kubidi are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Service Staff member. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our online customers using the Kubidi platform. The successful candidate will act as a vital backup to our stand alone, machine learning AI customer service system, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support via various communication channels. This position requires fluency in both Thai and English.
•Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via Omnichannel cloud software regarding product information, order status, shipping, returns, and other related issues.
•Act as a backup for the AI customer service system, ensuring continuous customer support
•Provide accurate and helpful information about Kubidi and its features.
•Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
•Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
•Proactively identify and address potential customer issues.
•Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing) to ensure seamless customer experience.
•Contribute to the development and improvement of customer service processes and procedures.
•Monitor online reviews and social media channels for customer feedback and address any concerns.
•Assist in testing and providing feedback on new features and functionalities of the Kubidi platform.
