1. Job profile summary
•Take responsibility of Piping supervisor for ME piping team. Supervise contractors to ensure the work qualities of piping and stationary equipment for inspection and repairing, In order to maintain the equipment availability and high plant reliability and integrity according to standard, International code and Thai law.
•Supervise contractor for execution with SCBA such as phosgene work
•Take responsibility to support ME piping team on each assignment.
2. Scope of work
Piping supervisor for ME piping team shall supervise the contractors and coordinate with ME piping team member and also concern party such as production, technical plant, etc to ensure the work qualities of piping and stationary equipment for inspection and repairing, In order to maintain the equipment availability and high plant reliability and integrity. Also support ME piping team for each assignment. The tasks and responsibility as described.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities
•To organize and ensure that sub-contractors are performed/carry out the piping works effectively in quality and quantity.
•To plan & check daily piping works for maintenance and plant improvement are executed according to company specifications.
•Supervise contractor for execution with SCBA such as phosgene work or CO action or confine space work.
•Maintain Company Health and Safety standards/regulations to minimize the risk to themselves and other persons.
•To ensure that all piping materials used in accordance with piping specification.
•To ensure that the inspection and testing of piping works are performed according to the codes or specification before release to operation.
•To provide(or review) the maintenance/QC report of piping and stationary equipment.
•To support ME piping team for each assignment
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- High Vocational Certificate or Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a field related to piping/QC/welding/ NDT&DT works.
- Minimum of seven (10) years of experience in related filed with piping supervisor/QC supervisor for petrochemical plant or chemical plant.
- Experience to execution with SCBA such as phosgene work or CO action or confine space work. Confine space certificate is required.
- Respect for details and the ability to execute at a high level with significant independence.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks to achieve both corporate and team goals.
- Good attitude, good teamwork and willing to support team.
- Experience to work with Covestro shut down event is preferred.
- NDE certificate is highly prefer.
- Technical knowledge of ASME, API and Welding standard
- Engineering knowledge, Knowledge of International Standard and Code relate to fabrication, installation and also quality check relate to piping and stationary equipment, Good attitude and willing to support team, negotiation.
