- Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement. - Develop and implement efficient manufacturing techniques for wire harness production. - Collaborate with design teams to ensure producibility of new wire harness designs. - Conduct regular audits and assessments of production activities to ensure compliance with quality standards. - Provide technical support and training to production staff on best practices and safety protocols. - Monitor production metrics and generate reports to track efficiency and identify trends. - Investigate and resolve production issues and quality concerns in a timely manner.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production goals.
knowledge of wire harness manufacturing processes and techniques.
Familiarity with industry standards and quality assurance practices such as ISO.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Lead, mentor, and train production staff to enhance performance and productivity.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and resolve production issues.
Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.
Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
Experience on Wire Harness and Cable are preferred
Chinese / English are preferred
