•Test Execution: Independently perform laboratory tests following standard procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client and regulatory standards.
•Laboratory Maintenance: Maintain laboratory conditions, ensuring all equipment, test areas, and machines are clean, organized, and ready for use.
•Compliance and Standards: Understand and apply test standards, specifications, and customer requirements in all procedures.
•Training and Supervision: Provide training, guidance, and supervision to junior staff members, ensuring that they adhere to proper laboratory protocols and safety standards.
•Documentation: Record and maintain detailed test results, ensuring all data is accurate and traceable for audits or client reviews.
•Quality Assurance: Participate in quality checks and contribute to the continuous improvement of laboratory practices and processes.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree in Science with major in Microbiology, Biology, or Biotechnology.
- Strong understanding of Laboratory protocols and scientific testing procedures
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in laboratory environment is prefered
- Good command of English, both written and reading, to understanding test specifications and client communications.
