- Assist designers in creating technical drawings, patterns, and prototypes.
- Suggest materials, construction methods, and aesthetic details
- Source and manage materials for production.
- Assess material quality, cost, and performance.
- Maintain supplier relationships and track industry trends.
- Build and test prototypes, ensuring quality and comfort.
- Adjust designs to improve fit and performance.
- Inspect finished products for defects.
- Implement quality control processes and suggest improvements.
- Work with manufacturing teams to optimize production.
- Ensure consistency, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Stay updated on footwear innovations and trends.
- Develop and refine new and existing products.
- Conduct product testing and analyze performance.
- Maintain detailed records of materials, prototypes, and processes.
- Prepare technical documents and manuals
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree or certification in footwear design, engineering, or a related field preferred
- At least 2 years in footwear development, materials, and manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD software, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
- English proficiency is required.
- Knowledge of sustainability and quality control is an advantage.
