รายละเอียดงาน
- Oversee daily operation and maintenance activities to ensure optimal and continuous energy production while minimizing downtime
- Utilize tools such as SCADA and PVSyst to analyze performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement system improvements
- Align all O&M activities with Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Business Continuity Management Plans (BCMP), and international standards such as ISO 14001, 45001 and 22301
- Conduct risk assessments, implement preventive measures, and promote a safety-first culture across all activities
- Perform routine inspections, troubleshoot system issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical and operational challenges effectively
- Prepare accurate operational reports and maintain records to support decision-making and regulatory compliance
- Support system upgrades, energy-saving initiatives, and cost optimization efforts to enhance plant efficiency and sustainability
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance, including facility systems, substations in factories, chemical plants, or power plants. Experience in renewable power plants (solar, wind, etc.) is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Preventive/Breakdown/Corrective Maintenance is preferred
- Proficiency in English communication, including speaking, reading, and writing and leadership skills and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Positive attitude, excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally and able to work “on-call” on holidays
